1. Who operates this website

It only ever arises from a separately signed agreement and the completion of its activation conditions.

The website is provided as it is available. NikaliSoft does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time.

You must not:

  • attack, overload, probe or otherwise abuse the website or its infrastructure;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or data;
  • submit malware or harmful instructions;

The NikaliSoft name, logo, wordmark, site design, text and graphics are protected and remain the property of the operator or its licensors. No licence to use the brand is granted by visiting the website or by submitting a proposal.
