How much does a small business website cost?
A practical budget for development, languages and optional ongoing services, using NikaliSoft’s actual prices.

Start with scope, not just a price
List the information your visitors need: your company, services, examples and contact details. A focused landing page differs from a five-page website or a bilingual site. Stores, managed catalogs, accounts and booking systems are not included in these informational packages.
Prepare the business facts, logo and licensed images. Two revision rounds are included within the agreed scope. New pages, custom functionality, professional translation, photography and logo design need a separate quote.
One-time development and languages
Landing is €149: one page with up to 7 sections in one language. Business is €199: up to 5 pages in one language. Business International is €299: up to 8 content pages in two language versions sharing structure and design.
The first language is your choice. A second language adds €49 to Landing or €79 to Business, within 5 pages and 2500 source words. International includes two languages. AI-assisted translations require your approval; larger volumes, further languages and special layouts are individually quoted.
Separate recurring services from development
Hosting is optional: €15/month or €150/year prepaid, with HTTPS, technical care and one domain registration or renewal allowance up to €20/year. A more expensive domain requires an approved extra charge.
Care is €29/month or €290/year prepaid. It includes Hosting, up to 3 mailboxes of 5 GB and initial setup, plus 30 minutes of minor updates per month without rollover. Additional mailboxes and email migration are separately quoted. You may instead use your own compatible hosting, with no NikaliSoft subscription.
Budget examples and payment
The examples below are NikaliSoft calculations, not market averages. All prices exclude VAT; any applicable VAT is specified in the written quote. Development and ongoing fees remain separate.
Confirm the scope, external services and delivery dates in writing. Payment is by invoice or pro forma invoice and bank transfer: 50% development deposit, balance after approval and before publication. Renewal, cancellation and annual prepayments are agreed beforehand.
